Our team of professional VA Advocates can speak the “red tape” that is so often used in correspondence. We are committed to representing you throughout the entire VA disability appeal process, answer questions regarding the status of your appeal, and let you know what you can expect from the VA. This process can sometimes take years, but we will remain by your side until it is finished.

Types of Appeals
Higher Level Review (HLR) with Informal Conference
Higher Level Reviews are filed at the VA Regional Office level and are a request for a Decision Review Officer (DRO) to conduct a fresh look at all the evidence associated with the claim. An informal conference may also be requested with a DRO to present a legal argument regarding any errors in a claim decision.
Supplemental Claim
Supplemental claims are filed at the VA Regional Office level to provide new and relevant evidence in support of a claim. New evidence may include medical records, nexus letters, buddy statements, and more.
Notice of Disagreement (NOD)
Notices of Disagreement are filed at the Board of Veterans" Appeals (BVA), where a Veterans Law Judge will preside over the case. The options available are a direct review, evidence submission review, and a videoconference hearing in front of a judge.
